(EN-PL) press articles, news, blog posts about: science, curiosities, house plants (I have a huge experience in this field as I’ve run Philodendrons magazine since 2008), gardening (I’ve been a gardener since my childhood), technology (smartphones, computers, electronic devices), but also all things esoteric, metaphysics, gemstones, personal growth, home décor, travel blogs, and other subjects which don’t require any specialized knowledge, just ask me.

(EN-PL) cooking recipes (ie. for your blog).
(EN-PL) on-line store item descriptions: computers, printers, smartphones and accessories, electronics, jewelry, cosmetics, kid toys, clothes, shoes, minerals and gemstones, incense sticks, candles, Tarot cards, stationary (fountain pens, paper, calligraphy, pencils, and others), furniture, and many more – let me know what you need and I’ll decide if I can do it.

I do not translate: poetry, song lyrics, movie subtitles, audio and video, articles which require any specialized knowledge such as finances, banking, economy, IT, sport, health, construction, advanced machines and electronic devices, medicine, pharmacy, machine instructions, etc.
I'm not a sworn translator thus I don't translate contracts, legal & court decisions, etc.
I neither work for free nor barter.
I’m have an open, creative approach, I play with words to reflect the original meaning and author’s intention. I’m highly intuitive and I read between the lines too. Obviously I’d rather ask you for details and explanations first before I go on on my own.
In terms of proofreading, I have a few foreign contacts in the US (Boston, Houston) and a bit of help from an English philologist (graduated at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland) who specializes in video games, IT and localizations.
The results of my work are solid, on time, profound, detailed, discreet and ethical. Satisfaction on both sides is crucial to me.
TIMING
I don’t like being rushed though, since such a translation job needs to have an eye for detail. I also care for my own inner balance and work-life balance, thus I do not accept express orders.
The time of task completion depends on my schedule and your deadline so I hope we can find some balance between these.
INCOMING FILES
I accept files such as doc, docx, odt, txt the best. Pdf files must be unlocked for editing. I do not accept Excel and other spreadsheet files.
You can send preferable files on my email. I delete them when the task is fully paid and completed.
All your files and communication are confidential.
OUTGOING FILES
I deliver pre-formatted files in docx, odt (LibreOffice) files or non-formatted txt, html or other files for localization and store item description purposes (no changes in a code unrelated to the translation - I use Notepad ++). I'll send them on your email.
I don't create ebook, epub and other complicated files.
